Tender Care Primary & Behavioral Health was founded by Cassandra Luna, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, after recognizing a critical need in our community for truly comprehensive care—care that honors both the body and the mind. With extensive experience managing complex medical conditions and behavioral health needs, Cassandra provides compassionate, evidence-based support for adults 18 years and older through end-of-life care.
We believe that health is a lifelong journey, and our team is committed to walking beside you at every stage.
